It’s been a very busy week so now that I’m finally sitting down to think about my many blessings this week I’m realizing just how sleepy I am. Needless to say, this week’s post will be short and sweet.
I didn’t get a fancy new haircut but I did get those nasty split ends cut off and routine waxing. Seriously, there is something very wonderful about not having to tweeze one’s eyebrows even if it’s just for a few days.
I feel like my new dosage of Levothyroxine is actually making a difference in my energy levels. Sure, I’ve been tired lately but it’s been due to lack of sleep and not simply because my thyroid is being funky. I’ve been able to workout more this past week than I’ve been able to recently and I’ve been able to strength train. This gives me confidence that I can do this again.
Speaking of the gym, I signed up with a personal trainer. I’ve wanted to for a long time, and even if it’s just for the summer, I need a kick in the butt to get things going again. I’ve taken one of Laura’s
As I was leaving the gym yesterday I noticed there were signs up for Laura’s group classes. I kept thinking about it and finally decided to sign up for a Sculpt/kettlebells class as week. It’s an hour long 4-week class that started today. That whole experience deserves it’s own post so I’ll leave it at that.
