I’m 23 years old and I live on a farm in rural Kentucky, where I often find myself wishing to be elsewhere. I have three siblings, one that still lives at home, and the other two live in Seattle and Japan. I also have an *adorable* niece that I can’t get enough of.
I go to college where I am studying Business Administration. It’s not exactly my first choice, but more stable than other fields that I would wish to study. Personally, I’d love to spend my days traveling to new and far off places, and photographing everything that I see. If only life were that easy!
To pay my way through college (and support my spending habits) I work at a local shoe store. I sell shoes, goof off, take care of the bookkeeping, and get annoyed by the general public quite frequently. I think everyone should be required to work at least six months in retail, in order to know how to interact with others.
When I’m not doing either of those two things, I usually have a camera in my hands and I am trying to learn new things. I try to take photos everyday to feed my addiction to flickr, however, it doesn’t always work out that way. I’ve compiled a list of my current gear if you’d like to look.
If I’m not taking photos you may find me out with friends or watching movies from Netflix, because going to the video store to rent movies is so yesterday. Here is a list of my favorite things in alphabetical order.
